CREDIT CARDS
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover.
SECURE ONLINE SHOPPING
We encrypt your credit card number during transit to our authorization center. Your credit card number cannot be intercepted or used illegally as a result of using it in our online store.
SHIPPING AND TIMELINE
You can expect your order to arrive in about a week via UPS. We cannot ship to post office boxes. All orders are shipped from Columbia, Missouri via UPS ground within 48 hours of receipt of your order. (See below for exceptions for monogrammed items and special or custom orders.) Most destinations from our store are within the 3-day zone for UPS ground.
SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES
We add a small amount to your order total to cover shipping and handling costs. Our shipping rates are below:

To insure your order, you can add optional insurance at $3.00 per shipping address.
BACKORDER ITEMS
The items you see in our online store should be immediately available. However, in rare instances, an item in your shopping cart may be backordered. If this is the case, we will notify you via phone or email within 48 hours of your placing the order to work out a solution with you.
MONOGRAMMED ITEMS & SPECIAL ORDERS
Special orders, custom orders, and monogrammed items will be shipped upon completion. We will notify you of the approximate timeline for shipping any custom or monogrammed items you may order.
RETURN POLICY
All products offered through the MEOW Boutique web site are of the highest quality. Our return policy is limited to:
Refunds: No refunds except in the case of defective products. For defective products, email us with the original date of order, your name, address, daytime and evening phone numbers, item number and nature of defect. Defective products must be returned to us within 15 days of receipt. We will refund shipping costs associated with the return shipment.
Exchanges: We offer exchanges for apparel only, on size exchanges only. To request an exchange for clothing sizes, email us with a request for exchange, including the size needed. We will email you with return instructions. Shipping costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.
YOUR COMMENTS
There is a space on the order form for you to add comments on every order that you place. We love to hear your comments, questions, and suggestions!
GIFT ORDERS
There is a space on the order form for you to include the shipping address for a gift order, as well as your unique message for the gift card.
TAXES
Orders shipped to Missouri will be charged 7.55% for state and local taxes.
